Paul Lipps | Founder

August 20, 1943 ~ October 1, 2014

Paul was born August 20, 1943 in Indianapolis, the son of Paul and Leona (Losey) Lipps. Paul was devoted to his children's sports teams and activities, and served as youth group leader at his church. He was an avid Colts, racing, and Cincinnati Reds fan, and loved boating. Paul attended Purdue University and found his passion in construction and developing neighborhoods. Paul along with his wife Kay, co-founded The Elvis Fantasy Fest.

Shirley was born March 6, 1935 In Shelbyville, IN to the late Milton and Nina Rouse. She was a graduate of Manual High School. Shirley worked for Equitable Life Assurance Society, now AXA Equitable for 51 years, retiring in 2005 as assistant to the Executive Vice President. Shirley was active in Special Olympics, serving as Co-Founder of The Elvis FANtasy Fest.
